One line answer: “I want to be happy”. <end-of-article>

Wait. It’s lot more than this.
Do you find yourself often wondering what are you doing with your life? Or do you ever find yourself in a situation where you can not answer to how’s life going? Well, you are not alone in the league. We all are living in an age where we seem to have forgotten what life is all about. Each morning we wake up get back to our work. But does this makes us happy? Is this the purpose of our lives? Here’s the truth. We all are just a tiny part of this huge ecosystem around us, and we are here for a predetermined period of time. We do things in this time period. Some important, while some not-so-important. It’s the important ones, which gives meaning to our lives and happiness comes as a byproduct. Every other thing I believe is mere waste of time and energy. So let me reframe, Are you investing your time in the important things you need to do? Hmm, still a tricky one. We have simplified it for you. By the end of this article, you’ll have an answer to this question. Do comment it down! 🙂
There is no denying that you need to be a successful individual to live a life of high stature and luxury. No matter how much you earn it’s not guaranteed that you’ll end up being happy. Infact most of the successfull people around you would be doing great in their lives, but they are not truely happy. One of the biggest reason I find here is that in this era of digital technology we have completely lost touch with “Humanity”, as a virtue. We are connected to thousands of people through the internet, but we hardly have said a “Hello” to our neighbours. We get involved in a number of social causes online, but do not care to give a meal to a hungry man, we saw driving our way back home. We like and share videos of cute puppies and dogs, but never take a moment to provide food or show some love to street dogs who we see almost every day. This is not how we were supposed to lead our lives. Do we?
Well, we all at the core want to be happy and want to do things which make us happy. But the question is how can we do so. We are bounded by responsibilities and heavy credits and payloads and bills which needs to be taken care of on daily basis. Let’s take a moment, stop running this race of life and think. Think about what we actually want. What we are doing right now at this moment, is this what makes us truly happy? We can not give you the purpose of your life, in fact no one in the world can, accept you. Every individual on this planet comes with his own pupose of life, but, we are your #ladderforsuccess, here are some tips to help you find your purpose of life.
1. Start thinking.
Thinking is a slow process. Talk to yourself about things like:
1.what do you want to achieve in life.
2. what makes you happy.
3. what should you do to be happy?
Remember, finding your purpose in life, does not mean quitting your current lifestyle or our job. It simply means that you need to take some time out of your busy life and dedicate it to yourself. You deserve it!
2. Make Reading a habbit.
Books are a man’s best friend.
No saying can be as true as this. When you start reading books from different genre, your mind’s vision expands, and your awareness of the surrounding reaches to another level. Reading books, articles, journals, or anything which suits your profile and domain will give you ample amount of information and help you make perceptions on facts rather than just feelings. Once you are aware your mind will automatically focus on things which gives you interest and eventually happiness.
3. Help others, as much as you can.
As I mentioned above, in this fast paced digital world, one thing thing we are losing is the human touch to things we see and do. And even worse, we are not even able to determine how big this loss is or can be to the us and to world as a whole. I’m not saying by helping every human you see on the street will change the world, but we can begin by showing concern atleast to the ones we are close to. and gradually increase our radius. Giving more human touch to problems and solutions rather than going digital and ignoring the faces we have infront of us. Life is not about going live in front of a 720p HD front camera. It is in the moments we spend with people we care about. It is in the smile of that poor person whome you shared your lunch while on way to office
4. Listen to what other people say about you.
A lot of time, while we are doing things, people appreciate us for the enormous efforts we have put into, however, for you it might be just a piece of cake. Ever wondered why? It’s because, when we love to do certain thing, it becomes effortlessly easy for us because our mind is concentrated and boosted up for that work, we may or may not notice it. But others do. Knowing what you are good at, will help you determine weather you want to be there and continue doing it or not.
5. Dream it, not just wish for it.
There is a fine line difference between wishing for something and having a dream of doing something. People say, if it not keeps you stay awake all night, its not a dream you want to live. Know your passion, find out that one thing which makes you forget to eat and sleep. That is what you want to do. And make sure you are doing that thing, even if it is just as a hobby. So that when your reach the far end of your life, you are contented that you also did what really mattered to you.
I’m sure by now you are charged up and ready to discover your purpose of life. Once you have your purpose defined, your life goals are set, you can start acting on it.
And once you start acting on it, believe me, your life will change. And it will change for a good. Eagerly waiting for your comments down below.
